Consult online

Important Information:

Welcome to the Woodlands Park Health Centre website where you will find information on the wealth of healthcare services we provide.

Please note that we are operating an amended service due to the Coronavirus pandemic.  For the safety of patients and staff, our doctors will triage all telephone calls and give you an appointment, should you require an examination.  To assist with demand, you will be placed on a call back list for the doctor to ring, rather than given a specific time.

If you are feeling poorly and require advice from a GP – Please call us and do not put it off.  Our doctors, nurses and receptionists are working as usual and are here to help.

Please do not attend the surgery unless you have an appointment.  Prescriptions can be ordered online or via the telephone and will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.

COVID-19 Vaccination Programme

Woodland Park Health Centre is working in collaboration with the North West Primary Care Network and TyneHealth GP Federation to deliver the COVID-19 vaccination in line with NHS guidance.

We kindly request that you do not contact the surgery for the vaccine as our team will be in touch when it is your turn.

We thank you for your patience at this most difficult time and further guidance can be found below:
