Please note that we are operating an amended service due to the Coronavirus pandemic. For the safety of patients and staff, our doctors will triage all telephone calls and give you an appointment, should you require an examination. To assist with demand, you will be placed on a call back list for the doctor to ring, rather than given a specific time.
If you are feeling poorly and require advice from a GP – Please call us and do not put it off. Our doctors, nurses and receptionists are working as usual and are here to help.
Please do not attend the surgery unless you have an appointment. Prescriptions can be ordered online or via the telephone and will be sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.

We are currently operating on reduced telephone lines due to low internet speeds in the Woodlands Park area affecting our SIP lines. We have ordered a new dedicated high-speed line to the Practice; however, there is an unavoidable lead time of 45 days. We apologise for any inconvenience caused as we work with our telephone supplier and BT Openreach.

Patients of Woodlands Park Health Centre can now see an NHS GP by video using Livi. Get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals on the same day – both on weekdays and at weekends. The service is provided free on the NHS.

Livi GPs are all GMC-registered NHS GPS, who (with your consent) will be able to access your medical records and give you a considered, in-depth diagnosis based on your medical history.
